1.2 The competition runs until 11.06.2021 at 20:59. Participation in the competition is free and non-binding. By participating in the competition, the participant expressly accepts the following conditions of participation.

2.1 Any person who has a permanent residence in the Federal Republic of Germany and is at least 18 years old is eligible to participate. In addition to other possible control measures, Pfando may ask a winner to confirm his/her age by sending a copy of his/her identity card.
2.2 Excluded from participation are employees, freelancers, authorized representatives and direct family members of the organizer and affiliated companies who are professionally connected with this competition.
3. how can I participate?
3.1 The task is to follow @pfando on Instagram until 11.06.2021 at 20:59 and like the competition post, tag two friends and correctly guess the winning team of the European Championship 2021 (UEFA EURO 2020) in the comments.
3.2 The organizer reserves the right to exclude entries from participation and to delete them if they fail to meet the task, contain insults, false facts, competition, trademark or copyright infringements.
3.3 The participant shall indemnify the organizer against all claims made in connection with such inadmissible comments. Participation and the chances of winning are independent of the purchase of goods or services. Participation is free of charge.
3.4 The winner will be drawn on Tuesday, 13.07.2021 after the end of the competition.
3.5 The prize will be raffled off to a participant selected by the jury who has taken part and has guessed the correct winner of the 2021 European Championship. Exceptions are any deleted entries (see above under 3.2.).
4. what will be raffled off?
4.1 The prize draw is for a new Vespa Primavera 50.
The prize cannot be paid out in cash or refunded. Pfando cannot be held liable for the prize. The prize is non-transferable. No cash payment of non-cash prizes or services is possible. Any travel costs to and from the competition must be borne by the winners.
5. how will I be informed about my winnings?
5.1 The winner(s) will be contacted by Instagram direct message, email or telephone.
5.2 If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, the claim to the prize will be forfeited.
5.3 The organizer and the agency assume no liability if, for reasons for which they are not responsible, the prize notification is lost during electronic transmission and/or does not reach the winner.
6. how do I receive my winnings?
The winner will be notified immediately. The notified winner vouches for the accuracy of the data provided. The prize will be handed over in Augsburg. The winner will receive further details afterwards.
7. data protection
By taking part in the competition, the participant agrees that the data collected may be used and utilized both for the purposes of running the competition and for marketing purposes. No data will be passed on to third parties. The data collected will be treated in good faith.

The organizer of the competition accepts no liability for the correctness, accuracy, up-to-dateness, reliability and completeness of the information.
